Passed away peacefully at

 Home on August 24, 2019.

He is survived by his loving parents,

Fathers, Philip and Jeffrey;

Mother, Rachel;

Brothers, Johnny (Savannah)

And Brian;

Sisters, Brittany (Matt),

Julia, and Jenna.

Jeffrey will be missed greatly

 By family and friends.

A memorial service will be held for Jeffrey on

Wednesday August 28, 2019 at

Ridge Manor Community United Methodist Church

34350 Cortez Blvd, Ridge Manor Florida 33523.
The service will start at 11:00 am and

there will be a small reception afterwards

in the fellowship hall. All are welcome.

For deliveries and people bringing things

please arrive after 9 am. on Wednesday.
For those who want to do something,

flowers and or donations will be accepted.
