Jerry L. Chism, 74

of Brooksville, Florida passed away

on December 23, 2017.

He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Jerry is survived by loving wife Pam;

daughters Adrienne & Mary;

his brother Philip; sisters Mary Nickleson & Phillis;

several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that 

donations be made in Jerry's memory to The Cancer Society.
