What to say about the woman named Alice Morgan - wow there is a lot.
Born in Jersey City, New Jersey. Moved to Florida with her husband and first born Kimberly Ann Morgan in 1970 and purchased their little house on the Weeki Wachee River. Their second child was born Krystal Lynn Morgan in 1974. Alice lived in her little red brick home on the river for 54 years. Alice survived five floods, two of the last ones were on her own because her husband was gone. Alice finally decided enough with that and said see ya later to the river, let's find me a place that doesn't even get a puddle when it rains.
Alice was one of the most dedicated people ever; to her husband, family, and friends. If you were known by her, your preferred drink and liked to eat items became stocked at the house.
Alice worked for the Hernando County School Board at Spring Hill Elementary for 32 years and any child who knew her at school remembers her till this day.
All of her grandkids and great grandkids will forever tell you that it is Grammy's River. Most of them all learned how to swim at the little house on the river. On the neighbor's VRBO comment section most of them mentioned Alice and her husband.
Alice will forever be missed and never forgotten by anyone who ever made true contact with her.
Alice is predeceased by her husband, survived by two daughters, six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Loved FOREVER ❤️❤️❤️
Family and friends will be welcome to come celebrate Alice Friday, October 10th, beginning at 2 PM - 6 PM at 5472 Darlene Street, Spring Hill, Florida 34607.
Sincerely,
Kimberly DeVary
