Angela Hoole

It is with great sadness that the Family of Angela Hoole(nee Cutrona) of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Saturday February 22nd, 2025, at the age of 84. Angela was born in Tunis,Tunisia the daughter of the late Francesca Gangi and Salvatore Cutrona and the youngest of her four siblings. In November of 1959, at the age of nineteen Angela came to America from Tunis to East Boston, MA with her parents, and then husband, the late Ignazio Santospirito. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, and a headstrong woman of her time, who solely raised the light of her life, her daughter Francine. Angela had many professions throughout her life, an employee of Schrafft’s Candy Company, Charlestown, MA for 15 years and thereafter worked at A Street Deli and Bay State Lobster, Boston MA, until her retirement. Later in life, Angela met her husband James Edward Hoole, in 1988 and married in 1992 where they created many memories together traveling to her favorite happy place, Aruba, the Cape and New Hampshire, sometimes with her Italian Greyhounds in tow. Angela moved through life with a radiant spirit. Her journey on this earth was one marked by joy, love, compassion for others and her unwavering faith in God. A devout Catholic, she belonged to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, East Boston, Saint Michael’s Parish, North Andover, MA and subsequently a member of Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini in Spring Hill, Florida. She was queen of the beach, loved gardening, watching her “Soaps”, soulfully filled her family with Italian Sunday dinners and was host to innumerable holiday family gatherings. She loved her “grandbabies” with a fervor and showered them with hugs and “love pinches” on their cheeks. Angela lived the fullest she could possibly live. She believed in Family and chose to live a life of meaningful acts of kindness and love. Angela will be lovingly remembered by her husband James of 32 years, of Florida, her daughter, Francine Sheedy, of MA and her husband Christopher, her granddaughter Kristin Texeira, of New York and her husband Brian, her grandson, Jonathan Sheedy, of MA and his wife Andrea, her granddaughters Francesca Sheedy, of MA and, Emma Sheedy, of MA, her great-grandchildren Rowan and Jackson, her step-son, William Hoole, of MA and his wife Andrea, grandchildren Cheyanne, and Finnleigh, her sister, Marianna (Cutrona) Rosa, and her many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Angela was predeceased by her parents Francesca(Gangi) and Salvatore Cutrona, her siblings, Guiseppe Cutrona and Giovanna(Cutrona)Epifania.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church, 5030 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL. A Celebration of Life service to honor the spirit of Angela will be held on Saturday April 5th at 12:00 PM, at Saint Anthony's of Padua Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere, MA.
