Arlina Rios, born on March 19, 1959, in the Bronx, New York, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was the beloved daughter of Hilda Martinez and Eduardo Ayala, and the youngest of three children. Arlina lived a life centered on family, love, and resilience. She was a devoted wife to Anibal Rios, with whom she built a strong and enduring partnership. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support. She was a proud and loving mother to her four children: Carlos Soto, Christie Soto, Eileen Rios, and Anibal Rios Jr. Her legacy continues through her 20 cherished grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride. Arlina will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and her deep devotion to those she loved. Her presence was a source of comfort and guidance, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire generations. May she rest in peace.
