Christine McCartney age 67 passed away peacefully at home and entered heaven on December 6th after battling Parkinson’s Disease for seven years. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Paul McCartney, daughters Nicole Martell (deceased husband Randal),Tina Kyrk (Phillip), beloved grandchildren, Athina Kyrk and Vandir Kyrk, her father Robert Colin (Johanna), brothers Daniel Colin (Patrica), Jerry Rigby (Mark Roos) and sister Barbara Braeman (Louis). Chris was predeceased by her mother Roberta Colin.
Chris was loved by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. She always had a smile, never complained and she loved her family. She enjoyed rides in her sports car, gardening, sunsets, walks on the beach and time in the water, jewelry and clothes which filled her closets, and Flamingos. Most of all those special times spent with her husband, children and grandchildren she adored. Chris was blessed to have many friends who loved her dearly.
A celebration of life will be held both at her home in Hudson Florida and in Webster NY where she lived for over 33 years and will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to: The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research at give.michaeljfox.org
