Christine (Teena) Klimczyk Ash

Christine (Teena) Klimczyk Ash, age 91, passed away on May 4th, 2026, in Spring Hill, Florida. Teena was born and raised in Olean, NY. She was a 1951 graduate of Olean High School. On September 11, 1954, in Transfiguration Church in Olean, she married her husband of now 73 years, Michael (Mickey) Ash, who survives. Prior to moving to Florida in 1998, she previously lived in Olean, Niagara Falls, New Jersey, Albany, Buffalo, New York City and Allegany , NY. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Louise Klimczyk, a sister, Mary Lou (Jack) Wisniewski, twin brothers, Ronald and Stanley Klimczyk, and a grandson, Stephen M. Ash Jr.   Besides her husband, she is survived by sons, Michael Jr. of Tampa, FL, Stephen of Denver, CO, Daughters Susan (Mark) Blanton of North Carolina and Lisa Ash (Robert White) of Puerto Rico, three grandchildren, Jason Neff, Emily Case and Alexandra Pillow and five great-grandchildren, Mason, Ares, Chase, John-Austin, and Leighton. Christine was a long-time member of St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Spring Hill.

Services will be held in Olean, NY at a later date with internment at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Allegany, NY.
