Daniel P Feldle

Daniel P Feldle, a loving husband and father of three, passed away unexpectedly on June 15, 2020 at the age of 53.

Danny was born on September 8, 1966 in Queens, NY to Daniel and Kathleen. He graduated from Sachem HS in 1984 and worked for the phone company for 30 years. Danny married Denise in 1998 and they started their family.

Danny brought life to the party with his fun-loving energy. He liked to relax listening to his favorite music (The Grateful Dead, Rush, Phish) and enjoying a cold beer. He loved sports and enjoyed playing catch and hockey. Don’t trash talk the Yankees or Rangers! He was always up for a good debate but had a big heart. Danny recently fulfilled his dream of retiring to Florida where he could ride his motorcycle and kayak year round. He loved to be around the family he was so proud of and was a loyal friend to many.

Danny is survived by his father Dan (Dolores) Feldle and his mother Kathleen Bowers. He is also survived by his wife Denise, three children Daniel DeFilipps, Alexandria (Jacob) Kirk, and Trey Feldle, grandchildren Lyla and Jaxon Kirk, sisters Margaret (John) O’Connor, Kathleen Feldle, Maureen (Billy) Barrows, and brother David (Lorraine) Bowers, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Danny was predeceased by his stepfather Roy Bowers and his dog Ziggy.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
