Geri’s life was defined by the game of golf and her friendships within the
Timber Pines community. Having both been widowed late in life, she and
Fred Joyce met at a singles’ golf outing—a meeting that sparked a wonderful
new chapter. Together, they "kept swinging," enjoying life. Fred brought joy
and roses into her world. Geri was 94. She is survived by Fred; her son, Mark
(Maureen); her daughter, Lauren West (Reed); four granddaughters; and 10
great-grandchildren. In lieu of formal services, the family asks that you share
a bowl of Moose Tracks or DQ (Geri’s favorites) in her memory. The family
extends their heartfelt gratitude to HPH Hospice and GrannyNannies for their
compassionate care.
