Iliana Cumba

With sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Mother-in-Law and Friend - Iliana Cumba.  She provided a legacy of love, kindness, strength, support and unwavering devotion to all those around her.

She was the heart of her home - a woman whose love was felt in countless quiet yet strong acts filled with care, gentle words of encouragement and selfless sacrifices to help everyone surrounding her.  She always gave of herself freely and loved deeply with beautiful smiles, creating a family bonded by faith, compassion and cherished memories.

She was a devoted Wife who shared without limits, a lifetime of love and care with her Husband of 58 years Daniel.  She was a loving, supportive, caring Mother whose greatest joy was time with her children, always offering patient listening, comfort, guidance and unconditional love.  As a grandmother, she delighted in every moment spent with her grandchildren, giving and providing to fill their lives with warmth, laughter, treasured memories, embraces and love.

Although illness gradually took its toll physically, her spirit filled with faith and love remained a testament to the strength of courage and grace.  Those who she was fortunate to meet, will remember her gentle heart, her resilience and the love she so generously gave to everyone around her - her beautiful, radiant, powerful smile that she was quick to share with everyone always provided what we needed to get through the hardest of times and bring us to the best of times.

She will be profoundly missed, but her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.  Her legacy is one filled with true faith, true love, family and unconditional love - a legacy that will continue through all the generations she helped develop and nurture.

We take comfort in knowing that while we grieve her absence, we celebrate a life beautifully lived with love that will never fade.  Though our hearts are filled with sadness, we know with our faith that she is now truly at peace and rest, embraced with the Lord's eternal love.

Forever loved.  Forever remembered. Forever in our hearts.  The world lost a wonderful person and heaven gained an angel with Iliana.
