Of Spring Hill, Florida. Born in Franklin, Indiana on March 26, 1963, passed away on October 20, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Dianne; son, Jaxson; daughters, Brittany, Shannon; brothers, John Allen, Howard Jr, Roy Dean (deceased); sisters, Carol & Husband Danny, Mary, Suzie, and three grandchildren. And many nieces & nephews. James worked for Republic Services for 15 years, and was truly a man like no other. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
