Janice M Gianneschi

Janice Gianneschi, 85, passed away on April 25, 2022 at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital.  She was the wife of Lawrence F. Gianneschi.  They shared 66 beautiful years of marriage together. 

Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Renato and Norma Gianneschi.  She attended Illinois Masonic Hospital nursing school prior to marriage.  Later in life she continued her love of the medical field by working as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park,Illinois, Intake Specialist at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida and a Grief Counselor at HPH Hospice Center in Brooksville, Florida.

She will be remembered for her caring, loving and supportive nature.

She is survived by her husband, Larry, her three children, Larry (his spouse Sandy), David (his pug Chloe), Julie (her spouse Willie) granddaughter Sammi, great granddaughter Samiah and great grandson Jackson.

The funeral service will be held on April 29, 2022 at 2pm at Downing Funeral Home, 1214 Wendy Court, Spring Hill, Florida 34607.  A gravesite ceremony will be held at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, Florida 33513 on Wednesday, May 4th at 10:30am.
