Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Emily; daughter, Gabriella; parents, Jeffrey (Lynn) Gilbert and Michelle (John) McCann; brother, Cody; niece, Aubrey; sister, Desiree (Brandon) ; stepsister, Alexandria; nephew, Brandon; niece, Celine. Jeffrey will be missed by family and friends.
