Of Brooksville, Florida. He was born in Akron, Ohio on March 21, 1921 and passed away on September 10, 2021. He is survived by his son Dennis; daughter Susan and two grandchildren. He is a United States Army Veteran. Jack will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
