Of Brooksville, Florida was born in Queens, New York on October 19, 1946 and passed away peacefully in Brooksville, Florida on November 11, 2023.Before retirement, Joe worked hard as a mechanic for nearly his entire life. Joe enjoyed bowling, watching classic movies, New York Yankees, and gathering with his family for large meals.

He is survived by his Wife, Deborah; Sister, Diane; Daughters, Crystal, Nicolle, and Lisa; Sons, Chris, Brian, and Patrick; Fourteen grandchildren.

Services will be at Downing Funeral Home, 7254 High Point Blvd in Brooksville, FL 34613 on November 18th from 1-2pm.

The lack of his presence will be felt by all those he left behind. He will be sorely missed.
