Judith Ann Masch, 86, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, under hospice care.
She was born on December 16, 1938, to the late Eva and Lowell Whiting in Port Huron, Michigan. She grew up in Lakeport, Michigan, and spent a lot of time on the beaches of Lake Huron. She married Rainer Masch on December 30, 1994. They spent their winters in Florida and their summers in Michigan. Judy loved life and her family. She was social and had many friends, some from as far back as grade school. She was very artistic and loved to paint for her family and friends, who cherish her works.
She is survived by her husband: Rainer Masch; her children: Cheryl (Jeff) Talaski, Tara Morrison, George “Chip” (Kimberli) Whitney, James (Heather) Whitney; her grandchildren: Torri (Tom) Volmering, Joel (Laurie) Ferris, Brandon (Katti) Talaski, Blake (Sarah) Talaski, Marci (Ryan) Porter, Megan (Chris) Bierschbach, Shaun (Loren) Morrison, Sarah (Jeff) Dent, Gordon (Regina) Whitney, Trevor (Caroline) Cormier, and Taylor Cormier; 17 great-grandchildren, with another one due in May; Rainer’s children: Monique (Douglas) Fay, Nicolette Neudorf; Rainer’s grandchildren: Sierra Neudorf and William Neudorf; one brother: Clifford “Butch” (Rebecca) Agnew; a special nephew: Mike (Michele) Dowell; and a special niece, Monica (Trent) Spanos.
Judy is proceeded in death by her parents, Eva (Clifford) Agnew and Lowell Whiting; infant son, Gerald; son, Scot Whitney; son-in-law, Todd Morrison; and sister, Sue Dowell.
Please join Judy’s family and friends to celebrate her life with an open house on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Applegate Inn in Applegate Michigan.
