In Loving Memory Kenneth Joseph Varrato, Jr. February 25, 1984 ~ January 24, 2026
We remember Kenneth Joseph Varrato, Jr, born in Clearwater, Florida, a beloved son, brother,husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and love for family touched everyone who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Anita Varrato; his maternal grandparents, Fred and Lois Brewer ; several uncles and an aunt; and his great-nephews, Oliver and Aiden Berry.
He is survived by his grandparents, George and Carmen Varrato; his parents, Kenneth and Julie Varrato Sr.; and his devoted wife, Shirley Varrato. He leaves behind his children, Cody,Angelo,Skyla,Hailey, and Kenneth III, who were truly his pride and joy. He was a proud grandfather to Blake and a loving presence in the life of Hannah Thornsbury, partner of Angelo.
He is also survived by his adopted son, Jordan Longabardi; his brothers, Mark Stevens, Denny Apac-Soucy & Adrian Apac-Soucy; and his sisters, Volante Varrato and Victoria Mellen, and brother-in-law Shane Mellen.
He will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews and their families, including Chanda, Travis, Lillianna, Martina, Kyle, Ronan, Zephyr,Alexandar, Kai, Emerald, Izzabella, Sapphire, Sylvester, and Amethyst, as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of the family.
He enjoyed gaming both online and in person and was a passionate fan of Lindsey Stirling. He was known for always helping others without expectation, guided by a truly giving heart—a spirit reflected in his desire to be an organ donor. He also had a deep love for animals.
Above all else, his family meant everything to him. His love, generosity, and unwavering support will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
