Marian, age 89, of Spring Hill passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023. Marian was born on August 15, 1933, the daughter of the late Ralph L. and Vanona (Woodruff) Stanton in Sayre, PA. She attended Wyalusing Valley Junior-Senior High School and went on to study at Keystone College. Marian had an entrepreneurial spirit and went on to start a medical billing company in Elmira, NY. She enjoyed driving her sporty cars owning a Pontiac Firebird, then a Chevy Corvette. When many of her peers began to retire, Marian’s plan for a long-life was to stay active and keep her gray matter working. She relocated from Horseheads, NY to Spring Hill, FL and embarked on a highly successful real estate career. Marian was frequently recognized for her accomplishments as well as being one of Keller William's top producers. In her spare time, Marian enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing bridge, golfing and reading.
Marian was pre-deceased by her first husband Warren S.A. Fulkrod (1994), second husband Elwin R. Brown Jr. (2001) and brother, Henry Stanton Sr. (2011). Marian is survived by her loving companion of twenty years Donald Runyon, sisters Pat (Bob) Grimes of Mercur, PA and Nancy (Ted) Hoffmann of Wyalusing, PA., daughters Karen (Joseph) Avery of Hernando Beach, FL, Tami A. Benton of Houston, TX and Son, William H. (Teresa) Fulkrod of Osteen, FL as well as Doug (Ellen) Runyon and Carol Johnston. Marian was blessed with six grandchildren: Brian J.
