Marianne Rose Alber, 77 of Spring Hill, FL, passed away on January 26, 2025.  She was born in New Orleans, LA and grew up in Chicago, IL, where she was the daughter of Grace and Thomas Farruggia.  Marianne was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her warm spirit and adventurous heart.

Marianne retired from Continental/United Airlines after a fulfilling career.  She was an avid traveler who, alongside her late husband, of almost 47 years, John Alber, embarked on many journeys around the world.  Together, they shared a passion for cruises and spent many beautiful springs in Italy.  Over the years, they visited 38 countries, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

She is survived by her four children: Deborah Alber, Mary Hunt, Jason Alber (married to Lisa Alber) and Jordan Alber; her four grandchildren, Mallory Fetzer, Dylan Hunt, Hylee Alber and Cayden Alber; her two great-grandchildren, Ava and Rebecca Fetzer.  She was preceded in death by her grandson, Matthew.

Her spirit of adventure and her love for her family will be missed by all who knew her.  However, she will now by reunited with the love of her life in heaven.
