Marie F Sadowski

Mrs. Marie F. Sadowski, aged 77, passed away on January 31, 2020.  She was born in Orange, New Jersey on August 12, 1942 to Salvatore Longo and Lena Prejean.  Marie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend.  She loved caring for her family and was always available with an ear to listen, or a shoulder to lean on. She will be fondly remembered for her love of her family and friends, her feisty nature, and of course her life long love of Elvis.
Marie is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Anthony Longo; her sister Florence Sheppard, and her grandson Joshua.
She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Ben Sadowski; daughters Maryann Collins (Doug) of Bear Creek, Pennsylvania,   Denise Olshefski (Alan) of Spring Hill, and Donna Edwards (Vince) of Spring Hill; sister Michele Ogletree (George) of Somerville, New Jersey; grandchildren Matthew, Alan Jr., Jenna, Ryan and Nico; great grandchildren Anthony and Lily; and many beloved nieces and nephews.  Cremation services are under the direction of Downing Funeral Home.
