Martha Rose Heino, Homosassa FL, passed away on January 9, 2024, with her loving family by her side after an illness.
Martha was born on February 12, 1941 to Mildred Rose (Harju) Rossbach and Harold Paul Rossbach in Fitchburg, MA.
Martha graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1959. Martha enjoyed early employment at the United Co-operative Farmers Egg Plant. Farming, gardening, sewing, crafting and homemaking have always been an important part of her life. She was also an Avon consultant who achieved presidential status. Martha also co-owned a successful consignment store with her friend Helen Koroskenyi in Fitchburg MA. Martha was an avid antique lover and collector. She was a member of the Townsend Homemakers and Townsend Garden Club. When she retired to Brooksville, she was a member of the Brooksville Woman’s Club for many years.
In 1961 Martha became the bride to Richard Neil Heino and they resided in Ashby MA. Several year later they moved to Westminster MA until 2001 when they retired to Brooksville FL.
Martha was predeceased by her parents Mildred and Harold Rossbach, her husband Richard Heino and their daughter Karen Heino.
Martha is survived by sister Paula Frenette, John Loetscher and Mckayla Loetscher of Homosassa FL, sister Linda Cirillo and Bill Cirillo of Westminster MA & Sebring FL, brother David Rossbach of Nashua NH, grandsons Noah Heino-Hill of Sneedville TN, and Alan Lashua of Ashburnham MA as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Martha will be remembered for all the love she shared with her family and friends. She truly loved with all her heart and if you knew her, you knew it! When her time came, she carried herself with dignity, strength and a heart full of love. She will be missed dearly.
In typical Martha fashion and her wishes, there are no formal services planned. A memorial will be held at a later date, family and friends will be notified.
