Michael L. Lamont
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother, Michael Louis Lamont, who was called to be with his Lord and Savior on November 5, 2023. He passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in Spring Hill, Florida. He was 63 years old.
"Mike" as he was known to many, was born to Joseph Lamont and Lorraine Lamont (Jakowski), on August t8, 1060. He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School and a member of St. Phillip and St. James Church in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
He is survived by his mother Lorraine Lamont=-Mueller, two sisters, Joanne Ivankevich and her husband Gary Ivankenich, Michelle Hunter and husband William B. Hunter, Jr.,; son, Patrick Kessler; and two nephews Brock reed and Jonathan Hunter.
He had a remarkable talent for memory of facts, dates and figures. He never missed a birthday, holiday or important event. He was an avid sports enthusiast, golfer, collector and enjoyed puzzles and reading.
Bur more than anything, he had the kindest heart. He was a devoted member of our family, always taking the time to reach out to us and all and we will dearly miss his kind, sweet soul. His legacy of putting kindness and family first will remain in our hearts and cherished in our hearts and memories.
