Neal was born Jan. 8th, 1943 in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, the son of Nealand L. and Rose (Pellizzi) Rosinsky. After Nealand completed his service in the U.S. Army Air Corps in WWII, the family settled in Wisconsin. Neal was always a great athlete, playing basketball and football while attending Madison West High School. It was in Madison he met and married Diane (Savidusky). Upon graduation from Madison Business College, Neal and Diane moved to Milwaukee, WI to raise a family (Tim, Tom and Tedd) as he began a 50+ year career in the dairy business. He spent 30 years with Borden Dairy and in 1992 left to become the CEO of Muller-Pinehurst Dairy in Rockford, IL. Diane passed away in 1998 after a long battle with cancer. Neal met his second wife Judy (Padron) in Rockford, and they were married in June 2004. They both retired in 2015 and settled in the Timber Pines Community in Spring Hill, FL. It is there where Neal and Judy enjoyed golf, hosting family and friends, and taking care of their dog Emma.
Neal was an incredibly hard-working, honest, and loyal person. He spent a lifetime taking care of his family, friends, and employees. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
