Neil E. Miller, 75, of Brooksville, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026. Born on October 17, 1950, in Saginaw, Michigan, Neil was the son of the late Leo and Lorraine Miller. Though he eventually made his home in the warmth of Florida, he carried with him the hardworking spirit and character of his Michigan upbringing. Neil was a man who valued the people in his life above all else. He is survived by his loving companion, Katie, who was his constant support; his devoted daughter, Tonya; and his brother, Paul. To those who knew him, Neil was a steady presence and a loyal friend. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will be dearly missed by his family, his friends, and the many lives he touched throughout his journey.
