Paul F. Rader

Paul F. Rader passed into the arms of his Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, May 27th, 2024 at the age of 94.  He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Kaye Rader,  his children Lee Rader (Kathy Rader, spouse), Lynn VanHaren (John VanHaren spouse), Barry Rader (Linda Rader, spouse), Terry Jansen (Brian Jansen, spouse), and step-children Jeffrey Saxton, (Capricia Saxton, spouse),  Christopher Faulkner, (Cheryl Faulkner spouse), Sharyl Gray, Lisa Haffey, (Michael Haffey, spouse), and his sister, Delores Hovan.  In addition, Paul has 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Paul is a veteran who proudly served in the United States Air Force.  After his military service he went to work for the A&P Grocery Market chain where he worked his way up to the position of Meat Buyer.  He completed his career at Wilson Food where he retired after 20 plus years in the food business.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm at Downing Funeral Home, 1214 Wendy Court, Spring Hill, FL.   Internment will be at 12:30pm on Friday, May 31st, 2024 at the Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL.  The internment will include military honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the ASPCA as Paul was an avid dog lover.
