Of Spring Hill, Florida. He was born in Oneida, Tennessee on March 6, 1947 and passed away on February 17, 2025. He is survived by his companion Ruth; sons, Bryan, Shawn, Patrick; sisters, Carolyn, Sue, Sandy and three grandchildren. Phillip is a United States Army Veteran. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
