Of Port Richey, Florida. He was born in Colchester, Vermont on February 8, 1951 and passed away on November 3, 2023. He is survived by his lovely wife, Rae; sons, Raymond II (Lizette), Jason, Jamie (Heather); daughter, Angel; sister, Theresa; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Raymond is a United States Navy Veteran. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
