Raymond T. Peters

Mr. Raymond T. Peters, age 87, passed away on May 14, 2020.  He was born Mach 6, 1933 to the late Bernie and Caroline Peters in Defiance, Ohio.  He was a Catholic, and a Veteran of the U S Navy.  He owned and operated a Mortgage Services Company.  Before that, he managed Hyco, an electronics manufacturing company in Pinellas Park. He was an avid golfer, and ran a traveling golf league for nine years.  Mr. Peters was a member of the American Legion post 186, VFW Post 9236, and Weeki Wachee Eagles 4372. He is survived  by his wife of 39 years, Donna; 2 sons Jay (Cindy) and Carl (Ginny); 3 daughters Janice (Rick), Laura (Tom), and Suzanne (Christian); sister Mary Alice Hower; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  A service will be held at a later date at Florida National Cemetery.
