Richard J. Scott

Of Port Richey, Florida. He was born in Troy, New York on April 17, 1954 and passed away on January 24, 2023. He is survived by his two brothers, Robert Jr. (Patty), James (Brenda) and step-mother, Margo Scott. Richard was a FOE Florida State President and southeast regional for the FOE in Florida & Georgia. He was also President of the Little League Baseball. He loved traveling with his wife Kay. Richard also helped with the fundraising and project plans for the Vietnam Memorial in Troy, New York.

Richard had a larger than life personality and would help anyone. He drew everyone close with his warm heart. We have all been blessed with so much love and great memories that we will cherish forever.

Cheers to a great man! We will honor you, treasure you, love you. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Eagles at a Later Date.
