Robert F. Beamish

Robert, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on July 9th, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York, Bob lived a life defined by hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his family and business.

After moving to Florida, Bob started his company Plaza Meats, which later grew into Food Parade, celebrating its 40th year in business. Quick witted with a gruff Irish charm and a love of old telling stories, he always enjoyed conversations over a round of golf followed by a few beers at the local pub.

A memorial service will be held on September 11th at Downing Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1214 Wendy Court,Spring Hill, FL 34607 . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Vietnam Veterans, Scouting America or your local animal shelter in Bob's memory.

Bob's memory will forever be a blessing to all who knew him.
