Robert G. Howard

Mr. Robert G. Howard, age 59, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on February 11, 2020.  He was born in Olean, New York to Robert and Georgia Howard on March 2, 1960.  He moved to Florida 30 years ago from Franklinville, New York.  He was a faithful employee of Zephyrhills Water Company for over 25 years.  Robert was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the American Legion Auxiliary.  He will be remembered as a hard worker, loving brother, loving uncle, and a loyal friend. 

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Georgia; and his sister Linda Robin Chapman.

He is survived by his sister Cynthia Place, and her husband James, of Lancaster, New York; brother-in-law Bruce Chapman, and several nieces and nephews.
