Robert Kuzniewski left this world and went to his eternal reward on Monday, September 7, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, daughter and son-in-law, Stacey Kuzniewski and Tory Tollefson, his step-son and daughter-in-law, Caleb and Kim White, and grandchildren Waylon, Eric, Ryan, Logan, and Sullivan. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Ceslas Kuzniewski, and sister, Carolyn Kuzniewski.
Bob grew up in Brooklyn, NY. After attending Queens College, he joined the Air Force and served his country for 20 years during the Cold War and Desert Storm.
After retiring from the Air Force, Bob worked as a Network Administrator at NERIC in upstate NY before moving to Florida. He continued his work as a Network Administrator at Clearwater Central High School until he retired after a car accident.
He was a pillar of his community, serving as neighborhood watch commander and on HOA boards in several communities where he lived.
Bob was a kind and wonderful man who loved his family, muscle cars, rock and roll, brewing Bob’s Bitchin’ Brew, pyrotechnics, and making wise cracks. His grandchildren adored “Gramps” as did most who were lucky enough to meet him.
Needless to say Bob will be very missed and a large hole has been left in our lives.
Rest in peace, Bob.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Disabled American Veterans, DAV.org.
