Obituary
Ron W Matthis JR, Born May 22, 1961. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 20, 2023.
Those that knew him well know that this was only time Ronny did anything peacefully in his entire life. Ron was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs but has become a fixture in Spring Hill over the last 25 years. He was truly the epitome of the term "work hard, play hard" as his many coworkers and friends can surely attest. Short tempered and good hearted, Ron will be remembered for his willingness to defend the underdog, lend a hand to those in need and for cherishing those he loved. He will be missed by many.
Ron is survived by his children Ron, Lorelei, and Mark, his father Ron Sr, his sisters Beth, Chrissy, and Sunday. He has two grandchildren Oceana and Kurtis. He was predeceased by his mother Nancy, as well as his brothers Jimmy and David, who have been waiting to welcome him home.
