Sophie Gasior

Sophie T. Gasior, 94, passed away on Tuesday December 9, 2025 in Spring Hill, Florida where she has lived for the past 22 years after moving from NJ.
Sophie was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Anna and George Caso.
She is predeceased by her husband Paul C., her son Paul G. and his wife Marsha.
Sophie is survived by her son Michael J. and wife Patricia A.; Grandchildren Jennifer and her husband Christian; Michael Jr and his wife Alison. She was blessed with 4 cherished great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by daughter Anne Johnston and her husband Donald; Granddaughters Shelley and Cyndi.
Sophie held several job positions in her lifetime but the time she spent at her local hospital as a volunteer for almost 20 years was her most rewarding “work”. Her dear friends there and in her community were truly dedicated to her and to each other. She is already missed by all who were blessed with her friendship.
