Valerie Talmadge Goldsmith

Valerie Talmadge Goldsmith, 79, of Weeki Wachee, FL born in Rockaway, NJ passed away Saturday October 2, 2021. She will be welcomed with loving hands into her heavenly home and missed dearly by those who loved her. Val truly had a passion for life always reaching out with open arms and an open heart to family, friends and those in need. Val had a heart of gold. She was a living example of the importance of making a difference in the lives of those she touched. Those who knew her would describe her as “larger than life.” Val was a world traveler, an entrepreneur, an artist with a true love and passion for animals. Much of her life was spent rescuing animals which gave her so much joy. A part of Val will live in all of us who loved her.

A memorial to celebrate Val’s life will be held on Thursday, October 7th at Downing Funeral Home in Spring Hill, FL.
