Of Brooksville, Florida. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 20, 1951 and passed away on August 27, 2023. He is survived by his two brothers, David (Lorna) and John. William is a United States Navy Veteran. He will be missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
