Yvonne Rivera, age 88, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026. 

Born in Yonkers, New York, on March 30, 1938, Yvonne was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred. She carried the vibrant spirit of her New York roots with her when she later made her home in sunny Florida. 

Yvonne’s greatest joy in life was her family. A devoted and loving mother, she poured her heart into raising her family and watching her legacy grow across generations. She is survived by her devoted son, Glen and Joseph; her beloved grandchild; four cherished great-grandchildren; and one precious great-great-grandchild. 

To five generations of families, Yvonne was a foundational pillar of love, warmth, and strength. Her presence brought comfort to those around her, and her memory will continue to live on in the stories retold by those who loved her most. 

Yvonne will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
